Also mention the steps you are taking to ensure your employees and clients stay safe before, during, and after you perform this service.

Share your client service post to your story. 

Preface sharing your post by asking a few poll questions to your followers ahead of time. For example, if your service is about plant health care, ask your followers about whether or not their trees have shown any sign of disease, if they have ever had a company teach them about plant health care, etc. The more you can encourage your followers to interact with you the more engagement you will have on your social channels.

Employees finishing up for the week

Picture of your family or pet and 2-3 fun facts about them

When checking trees in spring, be sure to inspect the root area for amount of water. Without sufficient moist soil, trees will suffer during growing season.

Deep watering prevents weak surface roots from forming and encourages the growth of robust roots underground.

If you have an irrigation system inspect it for any leaks or clogged spray heads or drippers. 

As trees grow, use more water less often. Approximately 10 gallons for each inch of trunk diameter.

Build a "Did you know?" Instagram Story. Come up with 2-3 questions that followers or clients may not know about your tree care company. It could be from services you offer to ways you give back to the community to new employees you have hired! Whatever you choose, create 2-3 stories that introduce the topic and then place a poll question that asks them to choose yes or no. By doing this, you are encouraging followers to engage with you while also alerting them to things that you want them to know about your company.

Share your post to your feed! Scroll through your feed and stories and make sure to share other people's posts to your story. Aim for 5-6 shares. The more people you can interact with, the more you can promote Earth Day.

This Earth Day, we challenge you to capture our home planet through your own lens. While many events around us have been cancelled, the outdoors and nature are not! Here are some tips to get started:

• Explore the world. Climb a mountain — or a majestic tree in your own backyard. Whether big or small, find a landscape that shows what our planet has to offer.
• "Meet" your neighbors - Leave a sweet note in your neighbors' mailboxes or drop off baked goods for them. Keep an eye out for Earth’s inhabitants – human and animal alike. Whether it’s your lifelong fluffy friend or a ladybug you just met. 
• Bright mornings, sunsets and night stars. Think of how the time of day and time of year might play a role.

Change it up a bit! If you can, ask one of your preferred clients to do a video testimonial with you! Discuss with them ahead of time what you would like them to talk about - what job you completed for them, anything you did particularly well, how it was working with your company, etc. Film a short video touching on these points!

Did you company participate in a community service event recently? Post pictures or information regarding the service you did.

Discuss why you chose the charity/place you did and explain what your business did to help them out. 

If you remembered to take any photos of the event, share those! If not, or even in addition too, share the page (if they have one) of the charity you helped out and encourage others to get involved with them as well.

Share your post on community service to your IG story. Share additional photos if you have any.

Encourage your followers to play your trivia game. Give them guidelines to win - like this post, share their answers in their comments, and tag a friend to be entered to win a giftcard, percentage off a service, etc.
